Huckabee and McCain Overtake Giuliani Nationally

While Huckabee was the run away winner in Iowa, McCain was the run away winner in New Hampshire. The race could come down to these two men unless Giuliani wins big in Florida or can win big on Super Tuesday. The latest national polling has McCain and Huckabee ahead of Giuliani--where both men had been trailing the former New York mayor for months by double digits. Their refusal to attack each other also leaves some wondering if the two men wouldn’t make a great ticket together for their party.

Romney's candidacy suffered the most damage in the first two primaries and some pundits feel he must win Michigan or he will appear to be spending his funds in vain. Thompson left with his campaign alive in Iowa and now his campaign hinges on South Carolina.

Although Mike Huckabee has a huge lead in the polls it would not be wise to write off any of the top five in this race just yet.

Obama/Clinton Shock

Obama shocked Hillary Clinton and the country in Iowa. The next week sent the pendulum swinging so far in the opposite direction that the pollsters and media had written her epitaph. While not as convincing a victory as had been predicted for months, she shocked the pollsters and media in New Hampshire with a win. This race is clearly down to Obama or Clinton. Obama probably has an edge in South Carolina and Clinton had been thought to be the “inevitable” nominee after Super Tuesday. We will have to wait and see how this unfolds. Obama is closing in on Hillary’s national lead as well and that will continue if he can win in South Carolina.

So pray. Pray that our each party select the most righteous person to lead this country. And vote! [Click here to register.] And encourage your fellow church members to vote! Less than 25 percent of Values Voters vote in primaries. Make sure you, your family and your friends get involved. If you are able, contribute to the most righteous candidate with a viable shot to lead this nation.

We would welcome you support also. [Click here to contribute]. I am in Washington D.C. again and will be traveling non-stop to mobilize Values Voters across this country. All the while, I will continue to pastor a congregation and do my best to honor my wife and my precious new grand twins.

May Christ bless you richly.
